Broccoli & Sausage
10 ounces broccoli florets
1 package The Sausage Project Classic Roasted Chicken Sausage, sliced into ⅓-inch rounds
¼ cup olive oil
kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Greek Yogurt Green Goddess Dressing
1 cup Greek yogurt
3 tablespoons sliced chives
2 tablespoons basil leaves
1 tablespoon chopped dill
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Milk, as needed to loosen

4 cups cooked brown rice
1 ripe avocado, sliced

Prep your air fryer: Preheat an air fryer to 400°F.

Crisp up the broccoli and sausage: In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and sausage with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to the air fryer basket and air-fry for about 15 minutes, shaking once halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and lightly crisped and the sausage is browned.

Whip up the dressing: While the sausage and broccoli cook, add the Greek yogurt, chives, basil, dill, lemon juice, and about 2 tablespoons milk to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth, adding more milk as needed to loosen. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
