1 package Melty Cheddar chicken sausage
1 package Hawaiian-style rolls or hot dog buns
1 Granny Smith apples, in 1/4 inch dice
1 cup broccoli slaw mix
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
0.25 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon honey
0.5 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
black pepper to taste

Mix the aioli: Stir the mustards, mayo, apple cider vinegar, honey, and black pepper together in a small bowl and set aside.

Cook your sausages: Grill whole sausage links on an outdoor grill or in a grill pan until nicely browned, about 4-5 minutes.

Prep the buns: Toast 3 hinged Hawaiian rolls with butter, split to open like a hot dog roll, and trim ends to fit. Or just use hot dog buns.
